Refund policy

We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• Items must be returned with original packaging(if applicable).

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable

• Digital products are non-refundable once delivered (including downloadable workbooks).
• Gift cards (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Your order number
• The item(s) you want to return
• The reason for return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved  refunds are issued back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
